工作职责：
1、参与公司区域市场营销策略的制定；
2、执行公司营销策略并对区域市场开拓进行策划；
3、制定区域营销计划、分解销售目标；
4、提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；
5、负责分公司建设及业务开展工作，落实区域贷款的回款；
6、负责市场总部的销售政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行；
7、直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判及合同签署；
8、组建销售队伍，培训销售人员；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，28-40岁之间，5年以上工作经验；
2、较强的市场开拓能力；较强的团队管理能力；
3、良好的语言表达能力，分析沟通能力，商务谈判、组织公关的能力；
4、有较强的凝聚力及团队的组织建设能力；良好的职业道德、修养；较强的个人人格魅力；
5、忠于职责，认真做事，善于学习和适应环境的变迁，能在困境中寻求突破。
