职位描述
Responsible :
1.Be responsible and accountable for the departmental operating forecast and KPI agrred on at the beginning of the fiscal year.
2.Manage daily work by working closely with all Terrex sales people and all regional channel managers to further develop each channel effectively, striving to reach sales target in the area.
3.Set up account development plan for long-term and short-term and build up the customer database of the assigned territory; Enhance distribution in relevant area and promote the image of SG’s products.
4.Lead, supervise and train the team members to meet and exceed the company requirements, boost the sales revenue and ensure the daily operation run smoothly in the area.
5.Collect, analyze and report to Management of relevant sales & marketing information and reports ,which should include but not limited to; Summergate vs. the competition in all channels, potential new leads, competitive survey on who is using parallel and counterfeit supplies and their sources, etc..
6.Coordinate between internal teams and marketing team (e.g. retail, marketing, and restaurant) about consistency in appointed area, pricing and sales information. Especially maintain the price structure in all channels and control sales territory.
7.Base on the principle of SG to build up good relationship with our business partners; Ensure the increasing of customer satisfaction through continuously improvement on our level of service.
8.Step up the long term business with customers for wines and waters; Water being exclusive to the WHO Channel, the incumbent must develop the Water in on-trade to ensure brand exposure, working closely with Brand Managers (BM).
9.On-going study in wine and brand knowledge to make yourself a wine professional, able to lead wine activities and master SG product portfolio.
10.Ensure excellent distribution of SG products; concentrate on focus brands, evenly on the whole market and all the channels within the assigned territory.
Education & Experience:
1.College graduate or above, with relevant wine certificates is preferred;
2.At least 5 years working experience in FMCG/Beverage/luxury industry with manager or above level, experience in wine/alcohol field is preferred;
3.At least 3 years experience in team management.
Knowledge & Skills:
1.At least bilingual speaker in Chinese and English, proficient in reading & writing;
2.With wine knowledge is a plus;
3.Good at sales and marketing, planning and analysis;
4.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
5.Skillful in leading a team, coach team members and organize events;
6.Able to work under great pressure and time-bound tasks;
7.Regular travel to secondary cities within the territory is a must.
