Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Lead
Location: Guangzhou, China
Desired Education: BE/B Tech/MBA
Job Profile: 6 to 10 years or above of Strategic Sourcing Experience

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Strategic Sourcing projects across multiple Categories driving efficiency and cost savings for the customers
- Engage with customers' Purchasing team members to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and communicate progress.
- Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the RFX process, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
- Measure and manage supplier's performance relative to contracted service levels.
- Develop opportunity assessments across the categories of spend to establish annual sourcing plans to support of achieving overall savings targets of the customer.
- Identify and resolve strategic supplier performance issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct bench marking analysis with respect to the industry standards
- Coach and develop team members in their performance and professional development.

Required Skills
- Should have complete indirect category knowledge, like travel, office supplies and printing, logistics, sales and merchandizing, temporary Labor, human resources, marketing, chemicals and packaging ...
- Language Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication in English
- Market experience: APAC
- 6 to 10 years or above in Supply Chain (Strategic Sourcing, e sourcing, Spend Analytics, Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics)
- Experience in a Strategic Sourcing role for Sourcing Solution providers is a plus
- Should be able present the solutions to the customers

System Experience
-Procurement - Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Emptoris, or any other top e-Procurement system is required.
