职位描述
Mission:
- Providing high-end technical support for responsible products to customer. To support to reach the annual sales and EBIT target. Ensuring the efficiency of technical and scientific information to distributors and customers and partly the after sales service to make sure that customer needs are covered timely and correctly. 负责向客户提供产品的高端技术支持。支持达成年销售额和利润增长目标。确保向代理商和客户提供的技术信息的有效性，以及提供售后服务，能及时、准确地满足客户的需求。
Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:
1、Provide accurate, timely and advanced technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization’s products and services to customers and back up sales and improve the organization’s customer relationships.为客户和销售提供关于公司产品和服务的准确，及时和先进的技术信息，加强客户关系。
2、Handle troubleshooting and customer complaint about product engineering. 发现并解决客户关于产品工程方面的问题。
3、Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根据公司质量体系,环境健康安全(EHS)的要求进行日常工作安全和标准流程操作和记录，对技术文件的存档管理。
4、Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate. 参加相关的会议和研讨会紧跟实验室相关技术的发展，掌握客户实验室的技术知识。
5、Good cooperation with customers. 与客户良好的沟通协调。
6、Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.向客户提供新仪器和新项目的介绍，推广试剂项目。
7、Promote service contract to customers. 向客户推广服务合同。
8、Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding. 团队合作， 分享经验, 支持招标。
9、Coach less experienced help other technical staff. 辅导和发展其它技术团对成员。
10、Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 其它上级或公司指派的项目或任务。
Competencies:
- Technologies: At least 8 years in medical device service. A degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical.
- Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostic is prefered.
- Methodologies: The abillty to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face
- Methodologies: Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Technologies: Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
- Methodologies: Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Profess. Knowl: Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
- Profess. Knowl: A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Profess. Knowl: Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
