“Manages the planning and execution of all business development activity for China. Drives the firm’s marketing and business development activities in order to sustain the long-term growth of the business to ensure it meets its revenue and profitability targets”.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Travel extensively throughout China to indentify and capture new business opportunities.
· Development of Marketing strategies and initiatives, including strategy to win development and positioning.
· Project manage pursuits and pitches including capability statements, tender and contract documentation.
· Liaise with senior management on business development initiatives at a strategic level.
· Provide on-going development and assistance to site and country managers to ensure that the scope of work can be profitably, safely and successfully delivered.
· Nurtures strong industry networks and forms long-standing client relationships.
· Develops and manages Client and business partner relationships.
· Engages with prospective target customers and develops relationships with key decision-makers.
· Delivers revenue targets and profitability, in line with the annual business plan.
· Provide reports on prospect status and resource requirements.
· Analysis of market data and competitor activity.
· Maintain strong contact networks with relevant industry associates.
· Provide technical product expertise as required.
· Drive financial and operational improvements, continuously striving for improvements, identifying and driving cost reductions as well as evaluating capital expenditure opportunities.
· Develops operational and strategic plans for future growth opportunities
· Provides commercial acumen, delivering against budget.
· Supports the Senior Management team, and interacts at the senior level.
Requirements: ** Bachelor Degree, major in infrastructure;** 10 Years Construction industry experience;** Strong business development skill,and team management skill;** 5 year MNS working experience;** Flunet in English communications both orally and written.
