Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient and professional manner.

2. Provide support to Sr. Manager or AD or Directors in their activities associated with leasing of commercial properties.

3. Source and create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.

4. Reporting to Sr. Manager or Director on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.

5. Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.

6. Attending internal trainings and meetings.

7. Ensure market coverage is maximized.

8. Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.

9. Other tasks as required / delegated.

Requirements:

1. 2 years minimum real estate leasing experience.

2. Good command of English in reading and writing.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Team work spirit and strong desire to win business

5. Preferably with team management capability
