工作描述:
1. 作为商铺咨询部的一员，为开发商，房东，物业公司及投资商提供专业咨询和建议。
2. 进行市场及零售商调研和项目分析。
3. 准备和完成咨询项目报告和讲演.
4. 维护客户关系，以保证客户服务满意度.
5. 与公司其他部门，各地办事处同事建立良好的合作关系，以此把业务扩大化.
6. 完成直属上级交于的其他工作职责.


资历要求:
1. 至少1-2年地产咨询服务相关工作经验.
2. 地产、经济、商业专业毕业.
3. 有跨国教育背景或国外工作经历.
4. 丰富的地产咨询知识.
5. 经济研究经验.
6. 房地产金融和投资分析经验.
7. 具有坚强、自信、自我激励的性格，注重结果，设定目标并采取行动；有强烈的商业敏锐度.
8. 流利的中英文口语及写作.
9. 较强的人际交往能力，良好的沟通及解决问题技巧.
10. 具有适应性及市场敏感性.
11. 较强的电脑技能.
12. 优秀的讲演能力.


Key Accountabilities:
1. As a part of the retail consultancy team, providing professional advice and consultancy services to developers, landlords, property companies, occupiers and investors.
2. Undertaking market research, retailer survey and analysis for specific projects.
3. Preparation and delivery of consultancy reports and presentations.
4. Managing client relationships to ensure satisfactory client service.
5. Co-operation with colleagues in other departments and offices of Colliers to ensure that Colliers’ services are maximized.
6. Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.


Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate or consulting services
2. Degree in Real Estate/Economics/Commerce is desirable
3. International exposure through education and or past employment
4. Superior knowledge of Property related consulting
5. Economic research
6. Property finance and investment analysis
7. Strong, confident personality and self-motivated, shows drive for results, sets demanding goals, takes active ownership with strong business sense
8. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin & English
9. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
10. Adaptability and market sensitivity
11.Strong computer skills
12.Strong presentation skills
