职位描述
Goals/Mission:
- Providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with company regulations and guidelines
Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: SLC/ OC commercial External: customer
Tasks:
- Check billing requests and release them in the SAP to recognize the sales revenue.
- Posting incoming payments, assign incoming down-payments to the related SO and Clear the AR open item base on the request from the commercial.
- Inter-company clearing system process including check payment proposal, release billing, credit note preparing and return payment, transfer fund to local bank for the collection.
- AR vouchers printing and filling.
- Special VAT, normal VAT, BT invoices printing base on the invoice requisitions.
- Output VAT reconciliation
Education:
- College or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- SAP FI/CO module; MS Office; Communication skills; PRC GAAP/ IFRS.
Experience:
- At least 2 years working experience in relevant area Accountant certification is basal SAP operational experience is preferred Good communication ability is must Proficiency in English Japanese or Korean skill is preferred
