职位概述：协助销售代表开发潜在客户需求并指出产品功能差异以便进行开发、推荐及包装，形成最好的产品及/或服务提供给潜在客户。
工作内容：
协助销售人员进行潜在销售机会的评估，客户需求的开发和确认，公司产品介绍和演示，解决方案的设计和细化，进行POC，投标工作的支持；
协助销售人员进行合作伙伴的开拓，公司产品介绍和演示，系统搭架、迁移和开发支持；

人员要求：
具备学士学位，或同等程度的教育、培训和工作经验背景
5年以上IT行业经验，3年以上银行业IT经验
拥有银行业IT系统相关的知识，熟悉银行实时交易类系统相关经验，如：银行核心系统、综合前置系统、支付系统等
具备精湛的产品演示、文档编写、组织能力和项目管理能力
具备根据客户需求进行解决方案规划、设计、细化和验证的能力
良好的沟通能力，能与客户进行有效交流，并与高级管理层进行适当沟通
具备以下产品和平台能力，可以独立进行系统搭建和配置：
? 中间件：IBM CICS、WebShpere，Oralce tuxedo、Weblogic
? 数据库: Oracle 11G、Informix、DB2、SQL Server
? Web 应用服务器 ：Apache, IIS
? 开发语言：C/C++, DELPHI, JAVA
? 系统平台:
- Unix( AIX，Solaris，HP-Unix，Sco-unix)
- Linux (Redhat，SuSe，CentOS)
- Microsoft Windows Server (2000, 2003, 2008)
- VMware ESX/ESXi 4.0
