A27 - After Sales Specialist (Porsche China)

Responsibilities:
1) Marketing Campaigns
· Planning, organisation, implementation, promotion, adaptation and development of existing Marketing campaigns, tools and products.
· Cooperation, integration and adjustments with Marketing Department

2) China specific Marketing concepts and tools
· Development, implementation, steering and follow up of market specific Marketing tools and concepts, targeted towards further business development

3) Market Support
· Implementation of Marketing planning and reporting; Target setting
· On site dealer support and coaching
· Controlling dealer's Marketing activities by analysing Business plans, Marketing plans, KPIs and Marketing reports

4) Parts Marketing
· Responsible for supporting all on demand Parts department marketing related activities including communication and promotion of campaigns, special offers, packages, event participation
· Coordination of PDDS promotion activities including event kit usage and maintenance
· Approving and supporting development and production of marketing and communication materials
· Support of Product Management in regards to
a) Business analysis, Planning, Budgeting
b) Definition of Standards and Guidelines
c) Pricing and discounting strategy
d) Definition of core assortments and packages
· Consulting dealer target setting and follow up

Requirements:
· University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· 3-5 years Automotive experience with emphasis on business operations and marketing
· 2 years experience in project analysis and management
· Fluent English, written and spoken
