Description:

This position involves working within the Production and Process Control QA Department as a support to the compliance functions. The QA intern also provides Administrative support to the department.

Key responsibilities may include:

·Support document and record management, such as paper document release and record retention.

·Facilitate training process

·Support calibration process, such as certificate scan and filing.

·Support routine production and process control process to ensure compliance with regulation and procedure requirement, such as PPC change, line tour follow up, equipment management, etc.

Quality Specific Goals:

1.Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree

2.Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written in English) across a cross-functional organization, up to business leadership and down to individual contributors.

3.Strong influencing skills

4.Proficiency with relevant Excel/Word/Powerpoint processing.
