Polycom is an industry leader on unified communications and has world-class R&D center in Beijing. The Beijing center plays a critical role inside Polycom and has full ownership of key products. Right now, we are having a new team to develop group-breaking products all popular mobile and PC platforms, such as iOS/Android/Windows/Mac OX. The solution will enable unified communications on all mobile devices. Our application will provide enterprise users and consumers life-like visual communications on smart phones and tables and bring new meaning to communications.

We are seeking exceptional engineers to join our development team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about building high quality, high performance, efficient and elegant client software. The right candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in self-motivated teams that can take a product from conception through delivery. If you are looking to be challenged constantly and if you are willing to learn and master new technologies, then we want to meet you. As an early hire, you will be a corner stone of this team and have the opportunity to work on requirements, architecture, and designs.

Responsibilities include software researching, design, unit testing, and implementation to meet customer needs.

Requirements

·Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

·More than 5 years software development experience

·Excellent programming skills in C/C++ is a must

·Solid knowledge and development experience in SIP is a must

·ICE/STUN/TURN experience is a strong plus

·RTP/RTCP experience is a strong plus

·H.323 experience is a strong plus

·Multi-thread and network programming is a strong plus

·iOS/Android experience is a plus

·Video processing and/or audio video codecs is a plus

·Linux experience is a plus
