职位描述
1 New technology identification, patent analyses and analysis on cementitious materials (50%)
Work together with IP team to analyze relevant new chinese patents of our competitors. Identify new technologies and determine relevance of patents for the SG business. Write a quarterly summary of the technical findings and alert the management if critical patents are found. Help to implement IP strategy.
In-depth understanding of the chemistry of cementitious materials. Contribute to the analysis of raw materials. Propose modifications and adaptations of formulations.
2 Project support to business: new mortar formulations for floors, benchmark, raw materials characterisations ... (15%)
Contribute to the business projects of the cementitious material team as technical expert. Lead and manage those projects and project teams which are assigned to him/her as project leader.
Contribute to the regular benchmark analysis of competitor products.
3 Set up, calibrate and organise round robin on analytical tools for cement characterisation, method transfer and new method development for mortar materials characterization (30%)
