Subordinates : 4
Responsibilities
- Plan the online marketing actions
- Set up animation websites, e-commerce sites and digital applications
- Increase dealer leads and guarantee their treatment in terms of quality and time
- Monitoring of communities and social networks
- Define operations of conquest and loyalty
- Pilot the deployment of CRM and digital tools through the dealer network
- Supervise the deployment and maintenance of tools and databases
- Follow the KPIs
Education, Skills and Experience
? Bachelor, Master in Marketing
? At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry
? At least 8 years at digital/CRM position
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? Good knowledge of CRM and digital tools
? Good Communication and interpersonal skills
? Project management skills
