Responsibilities:

1. To lead a team of Delivery Analysts and drive continuous improvement opportunities to improve business KPIs and add value

2. To ensure delivery of the IT programme and projects for China Retail portfolio by providing oversight,review and quality assurance of the programme and projects aligned with agreed Functional Excellence IT processes and OneIT KPIs

3. Work with the Business Interface,Project Delivery and business (Shell & JV) on the delivery slate including projects and enhancements to enable business strategy and generate value
4. Interface with global Service Delivery & ITSO teams to implement changes into production

5. Manage application support for code,configuration,and data incidents

6. Develop innovative solutions that harvest the value of our investments

7. Engage with business stakeholders (Shell & JV) to discuss requests and analyse business requirements

8. Provision of top quartile Application Support for China Retail solutions (POS,BOS,HOS,SUN ERP,Fleet) and infrastructure by working with JV IT and third party suppliers,to service levels agreed with the Shell Business and JV
9. Manage supplier relationships to ensure end to end delivery of service - strategic third party suppliers,legacy suppliers,software vendors,KAS partners,etc

10. Drive service management (management of SLA,facilitating SLA reviews,management of contracts for licenses and maintenance) together with JV IT

11. Line management of the respective China Delivery team

12. Initiating and driving the execution of discretionary activities

13. Ensuring the provision of resources for business analysis support to Project Delivery team and consultancy assistance to Business Interface (BI) to drive value for China Retail & JV business

Requirements:
1. Broad IT management experience with an emphasis on planning and management of IT application development, support

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management, with demonstrated competence in leading and developing large diverse teams, in the provision of IT development, deployment and service delivery

3. Ability to work effectively and manage relationships with senior Business leaders, peers and subordinates, in a virtual, geographically dispersed and cross cultural environment

4. An excellent understanding of the Downstream Business environment and awareness of the associated business processes

5. Positive attitude, committed to achieving deadlines and results with a demonstrable track record of delivery against targets

6. Ability to work collaboratively with BI, PDM team and global counterparts and deal with ambiguity to identify and drive value for the business

7. Sound knowledge of Retail application landscape ranging from site systems, payment systems, SAP/ERP and Fleet
8. Fluency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is mandatory

9. Proficient in English (Business English as a minimum requirement)
