10. Investigating new methods and new technologies
-Planning, organization&management:
1. Managing workload
2. Managing employees
3. Addressing conflict with employees
4. Succession planning (developing right arm person)
5. Conducting appraisals
6. Training plan&employee development
7. Best practices implementation
8. Look at ways to reduce operation cost&department efficiency
9. Visiting customers, looking for potential customers
Requirements:
1. Engineering degree in automotive, mechanical, or other related industry
2. Automotive experience desired
3. Fluent in English: oral, writing, reading, listening
4. Be able to handle multi-tasks
