职位描述
Main Responsibility 主要职责:
1. Monitor the whole assembly process from raw materials to finished-products 全面负责产品从原材料至成品生产的整个过程；
2. Arrange and organize daily production work according to production plan and practical material situation.负责按生产计划组织生产；
3. Make production report and do daily inventory -taking 生产报表的制作和日常盘点工作；
4. Be responsible for products' identification management and safety management on site 负责生产过程中产品标识和安全作业的管理；
5. Be involved in work instruction follow-up and problem solving on site.参与工作说明书的执行和现场问题的处理.
6. Provide on-the-job training for and guidance to new workers 新进员工的岗位培训及指导；
7. Make monthly attendance record for assembly workers 对装配线员工进行月考勤记录
8. Overall management incl. Monthly performance appraisal of assembly workers 负责对员工进行全面管理包括月度绩效考核；
9. Coordinate with planner, purchaser and QC people to ensure a smooth production 与相关部门及时沟通以确保生产正常运行。
10. Be responsible for the management and improvement of the overall production process, inventory control and maintenance work.
11. Be involved in 5S implementation 负责5S活动的推行.
12. Activities involved in ISO9001/14000 参与ISO质量体系活动.
1. BS degree in mechanical,electrical or engineering.
2. 8 years management experience on site in multinational company and minimum 5 years in supervisory position is prefered.
3. Proficient in oral & written English is a must.
4. Good command of PC Skill.
5. Excellent interpersonal,leadership and motivation skills.
6. Strong organization ability,excellent presentation and problem solving skills
