Position Summary
Check the direct payment with IPO and make invoice in SAP correctly and timely. Cash advance payment control. Participate in and coordinate projects for accounting and operation processes/issues. Spot check all payment expenses to ensure in line with company compliance.
Primary responsibility
Manage and maintain ledgers and account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items in relation to Accounts Payable to ensure proper and timely accounting and reporting in accordance with PRC and FGAR GAAP.
Personally drive automation of accounts payables(Third Party and Affiliate) processes to minimize manual work and compliance risk to gain business efficiencies.
Streamline Procurement to payment processes to ensure smooth workflow and effective communications with various functional teams.
Team leader and trainer for Accounts Payables(Third Party and Affiliate) and other internal Accounting/Finance functions
Lead and execute special projects as needed.
