Responsibilities:


System information maintain and input;
Create PR in Ariba System according to users, requirements and follow up status;
Track regional KA expenses for each event and purchase requisition, sponsorship etc. to archieve budget control;
Keep learning Company SOP and effectively implement;
Cross-functional communication and cooperation for all other tasks assigned;'
Set up documentation and filing system


Requirements:


0-2 years working experience;
Bachelor degree from University;
Excellent team-player;
Good organization skills, ability to prioritize, independent in organizing work load, precise;
Skilled MS user, mainly words ,excel and power point, quick learner of software;
Great communication skills in English (especially fluent in oral) and Mandarin;
