Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the preparation of domestic and international tax filings as well as ensuring tax compliance with all tax reporting requirements with all legal entities in accordance with established internal controls;
2. Establish an international structure that includes several operating subsidiaries;be responsible for overseeing the transactions of all the subsidiaries;
3. Calculate the company’s effective tax rate on a quarterly and annual basis and to effectively communicate those results to management；
4. Be responsible for effectively managing outside tax consultants and advisors that the company may use;
5. Effectively communicate with company management across multiple business functions and have an understanding of processes and continuous process improvement.

Qualification:
1. 本科及以上学历，MBA尤佳，会计、审计相关专业
2. 拥有CPA,CIMA[英国特许管理师]，ACCA，CFA等证书优先
3. 具有四大会计师事务所行业或MNC工作经验者优先
4. 曾担任总监及以上职位优先。
5. 8+ yrs of Big-four tax professional experience and 2+ yrs comprehensive corporate tax experience with multi-national corporations；
6. 大型/超大型项目TAX实务；多项目团队管理；
7. 培训和支持年轻团队。
8. Corporate tax concepts applicable to domestic and foreign operations;
9. China and HK tax operation, is must;
10.Be proficient with income tax accounting rules (FIN 109 and FIN 48).
11.具有流利的英语听、说、读、写能力，一般CET-6及以上水平
