R&D Chemist-- PUR adhesive
1. Project management, new idea/innovative breakthrough, Lab work, Communicate/ work with team, Build up cooperations with external contacts mainly supplier.
Requirement:
1/ Strong technical capability and creativr talent,
2/ Good Lab Skill, including experiment design, property testing and result analyse;
3/Capability in leading and managing projects;
4/ Communicate timely, effectively and directly with co-workers and supervisors.
5/ Take immediate and independent action without prompted, sense of ownership and responsibility for achieving outcomes.
