VP/Associate - Chinese securities - Shanghai
Continued growth has created opportunities for highly talented individuals to join a strong M&A team in Shanghai. Our client is a leading Chinese securities firm in China with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Kunming and Hangzhou.
Associates and VPs participate throughout the full M&A deal flow process, including initial talks with the internal business teams, due diligence review and coordination, analysis and review of key transaction issues and presentation of key business/legal issues and financial impact of the contemplated transaction to senior management
We are looking for candidates with top undergraduate. You should be fluent in both Mandarin and English with strong analytical and modeling skills gained from 4 to 6 years experience as a professional in investment banking with significant M&A exposure. The ideal candidate would also have solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
