Analyst position-Leading Financial Institution-Shanghai
Continued growth has created opportunities for highly talented individuals to join our client Private Equity team at Investment Analyst level.
Our client is a leading financial institution in Shanghai and the PE team is constituted with both international talents with global capital operation experience and local talents familiar with Chinese markets.
As an Analyst you will actively assist senior team members in the review and execution of investment opportunities. You will participate in investment proposal process and preparations of financial / valuation models as well as business, legal, and financial due diligence.
We are looking for candidates with top undergraduate degrees (minimum GPA 3.5 or top 5% of the class) and a good understanding of financial statement analysis. You should be fluent in both Mandarin and English with proficiency in excel modeling and valuation techniques.
