职位描述
rinciple Duties and Responsibilities
1. Improve 1st and 2nd tier Supplier quality to consistently meet or exceed international standards.
2. Treat Branson Shanghai factory as a supplier. Coordinate with QA engineers to improve Branson SH quality management to meet or exceed all Customer requirements.
3. Learn Branson's products and technologies. Learn the quality standards that external and internal customers expect, especially for customers in Japan and Korea.
4. Conduct gap analysis for suppliers' quality capability and consistency, Branson SH factory quality capability and consistency. Develop aggressive plan to close the gap.
5. Establish and maintain qualification process for suppliers and critical parts. Ensure following proper procedures to approve new suppliers and components.
6. Fluent in written, spoken, reading standard, technical, and business English and Chinese.
7. Prefer, not required, some ability to speak Japanese or Korean.

1. Significant leadership skills. Able to inspire and motivate others. Tough but fair.
2. Strong sense of urgency. Can-do attitude. Self-assurance without arrogance.
3. Deep international industrial quality experience. Creative.
4. Complete understanding of quality, quality systems, supplier quality.
5. Strong international orientation and experience with major multinational companies.
6. Is honest, always practices strict ethical behavior, and demonstrates moral courage.
7. Firm but fair, demanding, sets and achieves high expectations from self and others.
8. Open and professional communicator. Communicates comfortably with all levels.
9. Will listen and learn; will teach others. Cooperates easily with all.
10.BS Mechanical, Electric, Quality, or Industrial Engineering is desired.MBA or MS Engineering is preferred. ASQ or similar certification.
