Title: Sourcing and Logistics Manager Based in Shanghai office, China Working tasks Global sourcing and logistics ? Communication link for Company to Chinese suppliers ? Quality control at Chinese suppliers, supplying Company globally ? Finding new alternative suppliers, providing samples, negotiate prices, conditions o Coordination and quality control of the flow of spray mop kits to Europe, Asia. o Quality control of spray mop components, sonic mop and mass mop components, kits to US o Check supplier for LCD screens, find, evaluate new suppliers o Learn about Company´s sourcing of machine components, potential savings with regards to taxes, quality control, communication with assembling plant o Look for suppliers for tools, abrasives, chemical commodities ? Look for and suggest new possible projects Local Purchasing and Logistics ? Secure the availability of goods in the Shanghai warehouse ? Handling the contacts and negotiate with regards to warehouse agreement and transports within China ? Negotiate prices within the agreed responsibilities ? Handle reclamations to suppliers ? Provide samples from existing and new suppliers ? Normally handling ordering details is done by other persons in the office. Authorities ? Handle contacts with customs and documents needed ? Make sure the purchasing and logistic work is in compliance with actual laws and regulations Trends Keep up to date about ? Volume changes due to new forecasts, new projects or stopping products. ? Development with our suppliers, the general marketutveckling av leverantörerna Statistics and key performance indicators ? Participate in developing KPI and statistics for the sorucing and logistiscs work in China. Other ? Have knowledge about Company´s main goals, strategy and values. ? Might have representation in evening with suppliers ? Travels will vary from about 20 - 50 % of the time. ? Once a year help China team to prepare Domotex
