Official Title: Regional Sales Manager-North Asia
Location: Shanghai Xinzhuang (shuttle bus provided)

Purpose of the position:
Explore business opportunities by working with designated industrial OEMs
Deliver the sales to direct customers
Market development for specialty PMMA applications
Responsibility:
Follow up dedicated OEM / customer inquiries and conclude sales in line with local production activities and local stock in central China region mainly but not limited to central China region
Take good care of Global Key Accounts
Promote and develop Plexiglas business targeting at specialty
Collect market /customer information for market intelligence
Prompt and accurate reporting in CIS system
Participate relevant industrial teams activities to contribute innovative ideas

Requirements:
Sales and marketing experience
Chemical Industry background (Master preferred)
Good command of English in both oral and written
PC Skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
High team working orientation
Take initiatives
Decision initiator and reviewer
High impact on organizational performance on Specialty growth
Good communication and coordination skill
Innovative thinking in related industries / applications
Solve quality / commercial complains independently
Honest

Self discipline
More than 5 years working experience
Experience in PMMA industry preferred
Mini Education level: Bachelor
Major preferred: chemical
Language skills: English Good
Minimum years in employment: 5 years
