Responsibilities:

· Perform desk side support for all end users.
· Ensures services are delivered according agreed service levels.
· Ensures IT support is provided to all VIP according to Global Executive Support service level.
· Supports hardware (e.g. laptops, desktops, Blackberry, printers and faxes) on site.
· Support/coordinates Roche Infrastructure (e.g. LAN, WAN and Remote connectivity) on site.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of successful experience in a desk side support position
· Excellent technical skills for analyzing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment.
· Demonstrated strong communication abilities and customer focused orientation.
· Good understanding of English language (reading, writing, speaking and listening
