JD 岗位职责：
1、负责进行公司市场战略规划，制定公司的市场总体工作计划，提出市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案；
Responsible for the company market strategy planning, and development the market overall plan, release branding, public relations, events and other aspects of the specific direction and implementation of the program;
2、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据；
Market research and analysis, periodic market forecast and intelligence analysis;
3、策划、组织市场推广活动，推动产品销售增长；
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
4、推广物料的采购、管理，协调；
Taking care of actvities materials procurement, management, and coordination;
5、各类公司推广项目协调，如：年度销售会议、订货会议、广告片拍摄、公关活动策划等；
Developing project coordination,eg:Annual sales meetings, ordering meeting,commercials and PR planning
6、搜集本行业产品资讯及市场动态、行业竞争对手信息、客户信息；
Collect product information and market dynamics of the industry, grasp competitor information, customer information;
7、网站管理和市场调研等其他工作；
Web management & marketing research;
8、完成季度、年度的季节整体的市场推广方案；
Completed quarterly&yearly overall marketing developing programs;
9、建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范；
Establish marketing workflow system;

JR 任职资格：
1、市场营销管理类或相关专业本科以上学历；
Degree above, marketing & sales management related;
2、熟悉快消行业运营模式，有市场营销5年以上工作经验，至少3年以上市场管理经验；
Familiar with FMCG industry operating model, with more than five years of work experience in marketing, market management experience of at least three years;
3、熟悉市场部的各项计划的开展；
Able to carry out various projects fo the marketing development;
4、能吃苦耐劳、工作认真细致，踏实肯干，为人正直诚实；
Hard, careful work, integrity and honesty;
5、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力；
A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good organization and coordination ability and communication skills;
6、熟练操作相关办公软件；
Proficiency in office software;
7、能适应随时出差；
Able to travel
8、英文沟通良好。
