职位描述
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
? Fully responsible for all testing of given subsystem, i.e. either on board, Wayside, DCS or Central.
? Reviews test procedures in detail and gets/gives necessary clarification BEFORE testing starts. Also ensures testers fully understand procedures.
? Adequately plans and manages test resource assigned to project for given subsystem. This includes making sure all testers are trained on subsystem, that tools are available, etc.
? Personally involved in all EFIT testing.
? Ensures PICOs carried out by competent Engineers and all results reviewed before the start of Functional testing (confirmation will be part of Test Readiness Review, TRR)
? Ensures (through attendance of Test Readiness Review) that all correct versions of procedures and software are used for testing, in accordance with LDPs, and that any related Safety Operating Procedures are followed during testing.
? Reviews all test results for given subsystem and signs-off test certificates as Reviewer. This review includes verifying results have met the expected behaviour and that all details are properly completed on procedure.
? Tracks all issues identified during testing and raises any necessary SCRs identified during the testing, whether it be against the software or the test procedures. Leads initial site investigation, including detailed log analysis, before SCR is raised.
? Provides detailed test progress status to Testing Manager on a weekly basis for consolidated reporting.
? Interfaces directly with other Test Leads on planning and carrying out integrated testing works.
? Ensure all test datalogs are collected for all testing and passed to SQA for archiving.
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
? Ensure all testing is properly performed, and any issues identified and analysed in timely manner.
? Meet tight project schedule demands.
? Reasonable English, to be able to explain issues
? Basic works planning of small team (< 15 people) in various sites.
? Experienced Tester for given subsystem, knowledgeable with design principles.
? To be trained on detailed Thales Processes, Log analysis and Site Safety.
