Job Description:
- In charge of Randstad China field marketing
- Organize necessary resources to implement field mkting initiative
- Manage and hands-on all kinds of field mkting stuff, including but not limited to brochure, leaflet and case stories
- Design and coordinate all kinds of events, including company and candidate function
- Fulfill other assignment arranged by Mkting Dtor
Job Requirements:
- English proficient is a must-to-have
- Field marketing roles and similar and regional focus is a key point
- 3-yr field mkting experience in service, consuming goods and IT industry preferable
- With experience on event management is a strong plus
- Experienced in sales support material issuing, including but not limited to brochure, leaflet and case stories
- Know-how in using EDM as a integrated mkting to boost both branding and sales
- Dedicated, team work and very good communication skills
