Responsibilites:

1.Pre and post sales product support and technical assistance: Assists customers to select the appropriate product based on their applications, as well as provides technical support to customers for previously sold products.
2.Responsible for entry of customer orders, quotes with appropriate follow-up to customer requests in a timely manner
3.Investigates and resolves customer order related problems.
4.Primary customer contact will be inbound via telephone, fax and email, but may also involve support for internet orders.
5.Willing to visit potential customer as required by management.

Qualifications:
1.A 4-year university degree in a technical discipline is desired as well as a strong understanding of electronics and previous experience in selling or supporting technical products; or two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Past experience with temperature measurement or pressure measurement sensors and instruments is also highly desirable.
3.Past experience in a high volume customer support environment would also be extremely helpful.
4.Strong technical aptitude to understand and learn company products.
5.English and Chinese reading and speaking skills required.
