Responsibilities:
? Supervise start up production area of custom temperature sensing products.
? Plan, specify, procure, certify, and implement into production high quality, cost effective equipment and processes.
? Accurately transfer through hands-on methods, USA manufacturing knowledge and techniques to China production facility.
? Travel to the US manufacturing areas, and learn process by working on the factory floor and developing the skills to transfer to the Shanghai facility.
? Support China Sales Engineering team to develop custom configured products for the Asian market.
? Create efficient production process to build and ship custom configured products within 1 to 3 days of customer order.
? Reviews drawings, blueprints, sketches, manuals or sample parts to determine appropriate manufacturing process. Create drawings in AutoCad or similar.
? Apply Lean Manufacturing practices.
? Exercise project management skills, tracking of production orders, and detailed planning skills.
? Act as a team leader with excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented mindset.
? Ability to work with cross functional team environment and drive results.
? Ability to support other job functions (logistics, warehouse, technical sales, instrumentation) within a small team structure.


Education.Experience .Knowledge,.Skills and Abilities:
? Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in a manufacturing function
? Experience in the temperature process control industry a plus.
? Hands-on Production experience
? Well versed with Microsoft Office products
? BS degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
? Good English ability in written and oral communication.
? To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following
? Good understanding of the use and applications of Microsoft Office Suite, & AutoCAD or similar CAD design software.
? Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and written / verbal instructions with no supervision.
? Ability to verify parts using quality measuring devices.
? Stand for long periods of time.
? Able to lean and reach.
? Able to run manual production equipment.
