职位描述
- Identify unmet needs with customers or in the market and develop solutions to address those needs
- Advanced degree in science or engineering. Strong knowledge in plastic and applications, prefer advanced techncial engineering plastics, e.g. POM, LCP, PPS PCT etc.
- Knowledge or experience on part desgin and process on consumer or auto application.
- Manage technical projects and achieve deliverables
- Initiate projects to establish value propositions for our products or to benchmark the competition
- Coordinate with Regional and Global colleagues to share technical and competitive information on products
- Educate our customers and the industry on the value of our products
