岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the day-to-day finance departments management, supervision and inspection of financial operation
2.Preparation of the relevant financial statements in accordance with PRC accounting standard and USGAAP. Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies.
3. Responsible for providing superior financial statements and related financial information reporting
4. Assist the implementation of groups financial policy; financial oversight and supervision over accounting and asset management. Establish, implement appropriate procedures and internal controls.
5. Work closely with outside auditors on all financial activities.
6.Assist with developing tax planning and legal framework of the China operations.
7. Plan and lead the local aspects of financial systems
8.Build up and manage the finance and accounting organization through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training.
9.Involvement in other ad-hoc assignments and projects.
任职资格的具体描述：
1.A qualified CPA
2.Proven manager with 8 years of finance experience drawn from at Big 4 and MNCs, manufacturing background is requested, experience on M&A is preferred.
3.Experience on Kingdee ERP is preferred
4.Well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity and possessing excellent control/compliance skills, business partnering and influencing skills, and a track record of developing a high-performing team.
5.Hands-on professional and an effective communicator (English and Mandarin) with the ability to influence at senior level and thrive in a dynamic environment and ability to work under pressure.
6.Good people management skills (coaching style of developing skills of finance department staff).
7.Ability to adapt to different situations, multi-cultures and people
8.Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
9.Strong proficiency in US GAAP and good understanding of internal controls, SOX, FCPA, particularly in a remote environment.
10.Demonstrated technical expertise in handling complex business structure
11.Good communication skill
