Title: Sales Assistant Manager, Engineering Plastics
Work Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Manager, Sales
People Management Responsibility: No
Travel Required: Yes
Shift Required: No
JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. To coordinate the sales activities in East China for Korean Transplants, but not limited to Korean Transplants with KTE products (4Ultras), to ensure the realization of defined business plan.
2. To promote new products and new applications to customers to secure sustainable business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To achieve the sales target in assigned western transplant customers in East China.
2. Coordinate with Korean Transplant managers for Korean Transplants and implement account plan.
3. Introduce new products to customer and feedback customer needs to product development.
4. Collect market information and report on weekly base.
5. Development of new application / new customers for Ultras in the assigned areas.
6. Customer Relationship Management for key customers in line with individual customer concept.
7. To provide processing support for own customer at site.
8. Provide sales forecast on monthly base.
9. Manage the AR from customers in the assigned area to reduce DSO.
10. E-commerce introduction to all new customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: B.S (minimum), Native Korean speaker preferred.
2. Experience: minimum 5 years in Engineering Plastics
3. Technical and Professional knowledge: Polymer Science or related
4. Good communication skills, especially in Korean as this position need to handle Korean transplants in east China.
