职位描述
Responsibility:
1. To define the quality policy, lead the implementation of quality models and system that can guarantee to the organization customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness in order to achieve maximum competitiveness.
2. Lead the SQE team to be the quality focal point for the supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.
3. Work closely with cross functional teams to eliminate roadblocks & communication barriers that may affect quality requirements.
4. Work closely with HQ QA team to manage service providers to ensure compliance to relevant requirements from Company Integrity Policy, QA Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Develop and deliver training tailored to the needs of internal and external audience.
6. Continuously gives reports about quality situation to Management and make proposals for improvements
7. Give quality targets to every department and check the level of improvements
8. Organize regular quality report with a clear analysis and proposals and actions to improve weaknesses
9. To lead the continuous improvement of raw material, production process and quality control system to reduce the number of complaints
Competencies:
1. Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English.
2. Local and national regulatory requirements for Environment, Health, and Safety
3. Strong background and experience in supplier quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc. ISO9001 auditor certified, GB or BB certified is preferred
4. Good Communication Skills, Team Spirit, and an understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
5. Lean Production, 6-sigma, and other statistical techniques
6. Experience hosting customer & certification body audits
Requirements:
1. 10 years (minimum) Experience developing & managing Quality Management Systems including SQM, Manufacturing Quality, Corporate Quality, manufacturing background is a preferred
2. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
3. 5 years minimum Quality management experience in a multi-national company
