Position: Marketing Analyst（半导体行业市场分析、产品专员）
Report to: Sr. Product Manager
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Assists in identifying and makes recommendations on new product and market opportunities.
? Interfaces and develops relationships with key market drivers, end users, contractors, and distributors.
? Develops and provides market and product training as required. Assists in the development of marketing plans for assigned markets and develops recommendations for tactical plans for those markets.
? Works independently to develop market size, growth rate, Major driver statics etc. for market segment.
? Gathers data for or assists in identifying and proposing new product/ market opportunities and programs for proposal to product management using defined marketing process.
? Assists with/develops recommendations for tactical plans to penetrate key vertical markets and may assist in developing strategic marketing plans for those markets
? Assists in the development of and/or develops new product justification documents
? Assist with major product and program rollouts with the development of product literature, sales announcements, training, and other collateral as necessary
? Coordinates, and may create or manage surveys sent to field sales, distributors, and users
? Conduct distributor and company catalog reviews
? May participate in regional and national sales meetings as required
? Assists and/or coordinates and plans trade show activity
? Gathers data for or assists in identifying and proposing new product/market opportunities and programs for proposal to product management using defined marketing processes
? Assists in the development of and/or develops new product justification documents

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing or engineering is required
? At least three to five years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in cable and wire
? Must have good level of comfort with quantitative tools (MS excel, PPT etc.)
? Must have experience working in an international company.
