Position: Ball Attach Project Leader - Backend Engineering

Report to: Project Head
Location: Shanghai
Job Description
？ Sourcing, qualifying and introducing ball attach machine and related real time inspection machine to company SH for new project and successfully launch the line for mass production capability.
？ Work on continuous optimization of processes with respect to quality, technology, productivity, cost and environmental impact
？ Manage set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields, quality and productivity goals.
？ Establish process operating specifications/procedures, FMEA, control plan…etc.
？ Qualify and support new package development through establishing processes, equipment / material.
？ Qualify new material, equipment, new devices and new customers.
？ Recommend, evaluate and procure new equipment/material as part of cost reduction programs enhancing company's competitiveness through higher output and lower cost.
？ Communication with internal and external suppliers (equipment suppliers, supplier quality department, other production departments) and internal customers (production departments of following processes, quality department), PE/CAM, CSC and others.
？ Lead new product of process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics.
？ Define job content, provide necessary training and assure qualification of engineer/technicians/operators in production team.
？ Support program manager moving project progress forward with positive result.
Requirement
？ Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialization in electronic, mechanical engineering)
？ Experience in related industry required and expert knowledge in one key process field. (5 plus year experience preferred)
？ Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments required
？ Experience in new equipment vendor qualification, brand new line qualification with related statistical analysis skills (JMP experience preferred).
？ Fluent written and oral English
？ Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
？ Good stress management skills
？ Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
？ Team spirit
？ Good communication skills
