The Client Administration Manager will support Instro banking business areas in the on boarding process and generally to follow through on normal CA processes - including preparing/checking bilateral facility letters and security documents and to ensure facility letters are consistency with credit approvals; checking Conditions Precedent and ensuring Conditions Precedent are fulfilled, preparing/checking "Limit Approval Advice" to inform back office to load the limit in the system and monitoring client obligations throughout facility/loan/asset life such as financial monitoring, condition/ undertakings compliance.



As part of portfolio management, you will on-board clients, prepare and review documents for banking clients and provide documents advice to internal stakeholders. You will also be expected to consult internal legal resources when appropriate.



Qualifications:

University graduate in related discipline, Legal/ Credit/ Economics and Management
At least 8 years experience in areas of credit administration/control function (middle office)/Legal in a financial institutional
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with particular emphasis on the ability to prepare and review facility documents and effectively collaborate with internal legal, Credit and Compliance
Teamwork oriented with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to interface with peers and or internal and external stakeholders
Strong risk management, including quality control and standards
Knowledge and experience with the ANZ's Wholesale Credit Policy and Procedures
Concern for quality and standards
Detail oriented
