The purpose of this position is to drive a culture to exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement of quality systems, implementation of best practices and other programs that will deliver world class quality and customer satisfaction.
Content of Accountabilities Spent time %
1 Manage, develop and administer quality programs within UA, including 1509001, AS9100 and TS16949 (*ISO/TS/AS), to assure compliance with customer requirements, leading to customer satisfaction and to support the UA Asia Pacific business objectives. 10
2 Create customer satisfaction and quality strategy for UA Asia Pacific. Defines "World Class° and develops plan, timeline and proposes any potential resources for achieving. 20
3 Direct customer satisfaction initiatives and complaint handling process, from complaint submission through root cause and corrective action implementation to customer communication. Responsible for monthly update to AP Excom. 5
4 Work across all functions to identify and drive process improvements. Create cross-functional teams to identify and drive root cause, corrective actions to positively impact customer satisfaction. (e.g. Freight Carriers - timely delivery and damage-free. Raw Material Suppliers - timely delivery and within specifications, PD - formulas and test protocols that are robust and repeatable). 20
5 Leads Quality Assurance teams - coordinating projects. performs performance appraisals and establishes goals consistent with Henkel objectives 10
6 Use process and data driven analysis to initiated focused projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Identifies trends and drives changes to create a preventative culture consistent with UA's Customer Satisfaction Goals. 10
7 Coordinate customer audits with the respective manufacturing sites in AP. Gather customer requirements, schedule the audit, participate in the audit and follow up on resulting action items. 10
8 Manage CCMS system/Interface with UA/Global Quality Groups - CCMS reporting, internal audits. Identify key suppliers and critical audit criteria and raw material specification verification. 10
9 Manage COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) system/reporting and coordinate corrective actions 5
