职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead the application and service requirements of Hardy's China business.
? Doing onsite installation and calibration for projects.
? Provide technical and application support to the customer and training for distributors.
? Become the product expert and application expert for Hardy weighing products in China.
? Build a high-performance application/service capability and robust process locally to improve customer satisfaction.
? Work with marketing team and provide support for marketing promotion events (including but not limited to write application articles, build demonstration sample/demo for trade show, conduct technical seminars, etc.)
? Prepare instructional materials for training purposes or helping customer for easy installation, commissioning and trouble shootings.
? Develop Service Business model for long term.
QUALIFICATION
? Solid engineering background (college or higher degree in engineering, preferable on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
? Minimum 1~2 years of application or service engineering experience for process instrumentation.
? Strong application knowledge of the process instrumentation industry, strong solid level application knowledge is preferred.
? Must be willing to travel domestically up to 50%. Fluent in English is a plus.
