Associate - Leading Venture Capital (US$ and RMB funds) - Shanghai
Continued growth has created opportunities for highly talented individuals to join a strong VC team at Investment Associate level. Our client is a leading venture capital firm with a strong focus on pharmacy, energy, consumer, technology and industrial sectors in China.
As an Associate you will participate in and contribute to all aspects of the deal process with responsibility for initial quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies. You will assist senior team members with building up the investment pipeline, screening potential opportunities and full cycle execution (including origination, evaluation, research, due diligence, modeling and offering).
We are looking for candidates with top undergraduate. You should be fluent in both Mandarin and English with solid financial statement analysis and finance modeling skills, good valuation techniques and strong analytical abilities gained from 3 to 5 years in a relevant industry. The ideal candidate would have a strong industry expertise (Pharma, energy, technology...) as well as a first experience in investment.
