Head of fund - Real Estate Private Equity Fund - Shanghai
A leading real estate focused Private Equity Fund is seeking to appoint a Head of Real Estate Investments to lead the fund investment activity in China. They are looking for Director level candidates from the top real estate investment funds or banks.
In this role you will be responsible for the investment process from deal origination, valuation appraisal, due diligence, execution and to present potential opportunities to the investment committee. You will also lead and manage a team of highly talented and dedicated investment professionals.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years experience of relevant real estate investment in China. You should possess broad real estate industry knowledge with extensive exposure to large scale transactions and proven track record in deal sourcing and execution. Fluency in both Mandarin and English with proven leadership qualities as well as advanced presentational capability is essential.
