Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Look for potential supplier within China and identify competitive supplier in terms of defined sourcing process.
2.Own/manage sourcing projects, including quote negotiation, prototype sampling, supplier audit, certification, manufacturing & delivery etc.
3.Flexibly adjust the purchasing strategy according to marketing change.
4.Work with suppliers on purchasing plan and monitor them to execute it closely.
5.Monitor suppliers to implement the POs we placed and make sure they can delivery on time high quality parts we needs.
6.Drive/handle customer's complaints, work together with supplier to find out the root causes, drive corrective actions & preventive actions, and implement them.
7.To lead supplier improvement on quality and delivery performance, and get target of cost.
8.Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, contract effectiveness, collaboration and integration and deliver improved result. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors and with the objective of reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies
9.Periodically report the working performance to leader/manager


Qualifications:
1.Passion to work with high integrity.
2.More than 6 year's related purchasing/sourcing experience in mechanical manufacturing industry, ( if experience on fastener,silencer, filter, is plus)
3.Be familiar with China supply market structure and dynamics
4.Bachelor/or above degree, prefer major in Engineering
5.Fluent in English on both reading and writing, and listening and speaking are preferred.
6.Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure
7.Willing to frequently travel.
