职位描述

Essential Tasks:
1. Implements regional HR programs and initiatives and supports implements of global initiatives.
2. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
3. Promotes positive labor-management relations. If applicable,represents management in labor relations, including the negotiation, interpretation, and administration of collective bargaining agreements and/or works council requirement if required.
4. Manages employment contracts and agreements within region, if applicable,
5. Manages the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or ohter departments in the organization.
6. Develops polies, procedures, and programs within region and responds to related inquiries. If necessary, consults lagal counsel to ensure that policies comply with local law.
7. Advises managers of company policy regarding employment and benefits.
8. Advises and coaches management regarding company policy, legal requirements, and the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
9. Writes and devlivers presentation to managers and wmployees regarding human resouces policies and practices.
10.Manages Performance Management Program within country/region to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
11.Manages benefits programs such as health, income protection, financial, and work-life.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field from four-year college or university with seven plus years experience in a generalist role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required. HR certification preferred (SPHR, PHR, GOHR or other globally accredited HR certification level).
2. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry/technical journals.regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively prepare and present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors. Must be able to speak and write proficiently in English.
3. Ability wo work with basic mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
4. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizetion exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
5. To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in IFS or other Oracle based EPR (preferred). Individual should possess proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint.
