职位描述
Position: Foresight Manager
Report to: Innovation Head
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
-Identification and evaluation of new growth areas for the company
-In-depth analysis regarding technological and economic aspects as well as possible business models and business trends
-Further development of appropriate ideation processes
-Inclusion of relevant responsibilities within and outside of group
-Initiating from pre-project and support it until the transfer in the project stage
-Support the implementation of the Corporate Foresight Process
-Participate and support corporate foresight project
-Coordinate and lead regional foresight activities
Requirements:
-A university degree (master/PhD) in business management or natural science, MBA is a plus
-More than 5years working experience in industrial or Consulting firm. particularly in project management, and in the business area of evaluation and assessment
-Interested in strategic, economic and technological issues
-Very good knowledge of specialty chemicals and natural science background
-Strong analytical, managerial and scientific thinking skills
-Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
-Skilled in network thinking
-Fluent in English, German is a plus.
