Describe Job Duties:
1. Define, design, implement and test multi-tier distributed enterprise applications for internal as well as external customers, including user interface, business functionality and database access and documentation.
2. Enhance and maintain existing enterprise applications.
3. Work with other business units to integrate different enterprise applications to improve business processes.
4. Facilitate problem diagnosis and resolution.
5. Coordinate tasks among different teams.
6. Develop industry and product technical expertise.

Describe Job Experience Required:
1. 4-8 years of experience in the full lifecycle of web-based application development.
2. Strong object oriented programming skill.
3. Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript and XML.
4. Solid background of relational database and SQL, especially SQL Server.
5. Working experience with Java open source software, such as Struts, Spring and Hibernate
6. Working experience with JDE, such as Eclipse or Netbeam
7. Experience with Web Services, EDI and integration SOA platform a plus.
8. Ability to multi task and function effectively in a fast paced environment and demonstrate flexibility.

Describe Educational Requirement:
B.S. Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred
