Describe Job Duties:
Renewal coordinator should help PM to establish renewal projects in China. He/ She should be actively involved in licensing business and be responsible for data management.

Brief Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing the FortiGuard/FortiCare renewal business process.
2. Handle renewal requirements in incoming call or Email from partner and end user. Collect end user info and device's model & SN from partners and end users. Make sure the data are correct and matched.
3. Track price list, discount and promotion activities. Make sure the price in the quota is correct.
4. Input service renewal info into FortiCare system. Generate and send the renewal quota to partners & end users.
5. Update end user info to the FortiCare system whenever necessary.
6. Handle special renewal case such as unmatched device SN and renewal auto-registration date, unmatched end user info and device SN. Generally, such error info is caused by error data offered by partner or end user. Double check such info and update the FortiCare system with the admin interface offered by MIS.
7. Generate weekly & monthly renewal report based on everyday operation data and FortiCare system report. Report high-end lost renewals.
8. Support selling of Renewals of the company's services contracts, mainly via telephone and email.
9. Mail details of expiring contracts to our Channel and existing clients and he/she will follow up on these opportunities to ensure the Renewals get closed.
10. Communicate with our Registration team and help to increase the Registration Rate where necessary.
11. Relationship development and maintenance with license partners.

1. Excellent capability in data management, well-developed computer skills and good presentation skills in English;
2. Excellent communication and negotiation capability with license partners.

Describe Educational Requirement:
Bachelor Degree.
