Job Objective工作目标:

In the International Sourcing team, provide technical support to international investment projects (installation of new production line or machines); coordinate all the technical points with Saint-Gobain Sekurit worldwide plants and local suppliers to ensure the machines’ quality, stability and conformity with SGS standard specification. Follow up the projects from engineering study to SOP, to help plants solve all the technical problems on the related machines or equipments;



Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Identify technical requirement from SGSX, and elaborate technical specification;
Audit related suppliers able to satisfy our projects’ needs;
Transfer technical requirement to suppliers;
Provide technical solution to suppliers when needed;
Analyse and evaluate the suppliers’ offers with commercial team
Follow up project status to ensure the design/manufacturing/assembly quality, manage planning and control cost;
Make pre-commissioning test (FAT)
Follow up on-site installation, SAT, ramp-up, SOP and provide supports to plants;
Build and maintain complete supplier database;
Contribute to in or outsourcing decisions/plans and suppliers relationship management;
Propose technical innovations & upgraded modification to improve continuously the machines’ performances.

Job Requirements工作要求

Education: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical or Material
Language: English: CET-6 （Fluent spoken and written English）
Computer skill计算机技能:
-MS office (mandatory);
-AutoCAD (mandatory)
-SAP (preferable)

Work experience: > 5 years in Engineering or Mechanical design/manufacturing Others to be specified
Engineering or Project background
Proficient oral & written English skills
Experience in glass industry will be appreciated
Project management knowledge and experience
Initiative and proactive spirit; Good interpersonal and team work skills;
