工作职责：

1、 负责商标、专利、版权领域的市场开发；

2、 收集和分析市场信息反馈，进行市场调研，通过所学专业知识为企业提供知识产权顾问式服务；

3、 了解企业在知识产权方面存在的问题,通过电话沟通或约见客户面谈,提供解决方案；

4、 为企业推广自己的品牌，完善无形资产的保护；

5、 分析客户需求给予知识产权相关建议。


需要具备的工作能力：

1、 大学专科及以上学历，理工科学历、法律专业或同行业从业者优先；

2、 两年以上商标代理经验；

3、 富有激情，敢于向困难挑战，有责任心，具有较强的学习和沟通能力,有良好的团队合作精神；

4、 能力出众的可放宽到中专；

5、 有积累固定客户的代理人优先。
